74HCT30 8-Input NAND Gate - (AD8681)

Description:

The 'HC30 and 'HCT30 each contain an 8-input NAND gate in a single package. They provide the system designer with a direct implementation of the 8-input NAND positive logic function. CMOS logic gates use gate silicon technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL gates with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. All devices have the ability to drive up to 10 LSTTL loads. The HCT logic family is functionally compatible with the standard pin of the LS logic family.
