This is a general-purpose electronic hook-up wire with a 22 AWG silver-plated copper conductor with a single layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) insulation. This wire is resistant to thermal aging, soldering iron damage, open flames, moisture, solvents, grease, ozone, and other chemicals. Commonly used in high-temperature internal electronic applications, these cables have low power loss and are ideal for high-frequency applications. This specification is currently known as NEMA HP3 Type E. Sold by the meter!
