Description:
This is an AC-DC converter module. It is a full-wave rectifier with a filter, with space available to add a couple of regulators. The module comes with 2 jumpers; depending on their position, you can choose whether -V and +V are equal to the unregulated voltage or equal to the regulated voltage (regulator input or regulator output), according to the enthusiast's needs.
It is very important to consider the position of the regulators; they must be placed facing each other, as shown in the last image. Also, the compatible regulator models for this board are: L7805, L7806, L7808, L7809, L7810, L7812, L7815, L7905, L7906, L7908, L7909, L7910, L7912, L7915, all in the TO-220 package.
Note: This board comes assembled, except for the voltage regulators (NOT included). This is so that the user can place them on the board according to their requirements. In the images below, the board has the regulators included; this is for illustrative purposes.
