This is a 300mm long MGN9 linear rail guide (linear slide or linear slider) with 1 MGN9H carriage block. The rail has 15 holes for M3 screws; the first and last holes are 10mm from the ends of the rail. There are 2 black rubber stoppers or ties to secure the block to the rail.
Please be careful when removing the block from the rail or installing the block onto the rail, in case the balls in the block fall out.
This guide is widely used for high-load conditions.
