ULN2003 Seven Darlington Array NPN 50V @ 500mA - (AD8176)

Description:

The ULN2003 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array, each containing 7 open-collector Darlington transistor pairs with common emitters. Each channel supplies 500mA and can withstand peak currents of 600mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive loads.
