This is an ultra-soft silicone membrane with good thermal conductivity, slightly sticky, and feels like modeling clay, yet it has a certain degree of plasticity. It is ideal for use with TO-247 or TO-3P encapsulated transistors, commonly found in CPUs, GPUs, graphics cards, controllers, etc. It acts as a thermal bridge on both sides of chipsets, integrated circuits, LEDs, LCDs, and so on.
It has an approximate size of 20mm in width and 25mm in length.
