ULN2803APG 8ch Darlington Sink Driver - (AD73240)

Description:

The ULN2803A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array, each containing 8 Darlington transistor pairs with open collectors and common emitters. Each channel supplies 500mA and can withstand peak currents of 600mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive loads.

Features:

- Eight Darlingtons per package with 500mA current output

- Integrated suppression diodes with 50V voltage output
