M27C4001 EPROM - (AD7250)

Description: 

The M27C4001 is a 4 Mbit EPROM designed in two ranges: UV (ultraviolet erasable) and OTP (one-time programmable). It is ideal for microprocessor systems that require large programs and is organized as 524,288 words of 8 bits. The FDIP32W (ceramic package with glass window) and LCCC32W (leadless ceramic chip carrier) have a transparent lid that allows the user to expose the chip to ultraviolet light to erase the bit pattern. A new pattern can be written to the device following the programming procedure.
