74LS90 Binary Counter - Decades - (AD7227)

Description:

Each of these monolithic counters contains four master-slave flip-flops and additional gates to provide a counter-by-2 division and a three-stage binary counter for counting with a divide-by-five cycle duration for the 74LS90. All these counters have a zero reset, and the 74LS90 also has inputs to set to 9 for use in BCD complement applications. To use its maximum count (decade or four binary bits), input B is connected to output QA. The input count pulses are applied to input A, and the outputs are as described in the corresponding truth table.
