32mm White Arcade Button LED Light 12V - (AD68391)

Description:

A button is a button, and a switch is a switch, but these LED illuminated arcade buttons are in a class of their own. It's the same size as a "standard" 32mm arcade, but has a built-in 12VDC LED that can be controlled separately from the switch action, either for indication or just to look good.

The body is colored plastic and houses a lamp holder inside. These were originally designed for 'incandescent' lamps but are easy to use with an LED - just wrap the legs around the holder as shown. It comes with a clear LED but honestly, we suggest finding a diffused LED to use instead, for broad illumination, as this small included LED doesn't fill the circle as well as it could.

The button comes with a normally open microswitch. Once you've placed the LED you want, simply snap the microswitch into place. You can always remove it later to change the LED color. The microswitch is pretty clicky, so you'll hear and feel it when it actuates.
