This is a PVC heat-shrinkable wrap or tube, 5cm wide, ideal for 18650, 14500, and 26650 batteries, among other models. They are sold in 50cm lengths; you can purchase them in multiples of 0.5 meters and they will be delivered in a single piece of the requested length.
