Description:

The power supply is a high-efficiency automatic voltage regulator. Whatever the input voltage value, the output voltage can be kept constant. For example, set the output to 12V, then with the input voltage varying in the range of 8.5-48V, the output voltage will remain 12V. This module has a perfect protection function and can be widely used in notebook power, vehicle power supply, solar charging, etc.

Specifications:

- Input voltage: DC 8.5 - 48V

- Output voltage: DC 10V - 50V continuously adjustable

- As this module can only boost the voltage, the minimum output voltage will depend on the input voltage. For example, if the input voltage is 15V, the output voltage will be 15 to 50V.

- Output current: 10A MAX, If over 6A, reinforce heat dissipation

- Continuous output power: 250W

- Constant current range: 0.2 - 8A

- Output power: Input voltage * 10A

- Short circuit protection: Yes

- Output reverse connection protection: No

- Operating temperature range: -45° ~ +85°C

- Dimensions: Length 70mm * Width 36mm * Height 13mm

- Potentiometer: CC is constant current regulation; CV is constant voltage regulation.

- Operating frequency: 150 KHz.

- Conversion efficiency: up to 96% (efficiencies related to input, output voltage, current, pressure differential)

- Over-current protection: Yes (input exceeds 13A, output voltage is automatically reduced, there is a certain error range).

- Input reverse polarity protection: Yes, (less than 5A if more reverse current is needed, insert the string into the diode)

- Installation method: 4 3mm screw holes

- Wiring: Wiring output, VIN+ is positive input, VIN- is negative input, OUT+ is positive output, OUT- is negative output.

Output voltage/current regulation method:

- Adjust the CV potentiometer and set the output voltage to the desired voltage according to your battery or LED.

- Turn the CC potentiometer clockwise for about 30 turns, adjust the output current to the minimum, connect the LED, and adjust the CC potentiometer to the desired current.

- Do not adjust the current by short circuit. The circuit structure of the booster module cannot be adjusted by short circuit.
