Description:

This powerful 8-bit Microchip CMOS microcontroller (200 nanosecond instruction execution), easily programmable (only 35 single-word instructions) comes in an 18-pin package and is compatible with PIC16C7x, PIC16C62xA, PIC16C5X, and PIC12CXXX devices. The PIC16F88 features an 8MHz internal oscillator, 256 bytes of EEPROM data memory, a capture/compare/PWM function, an addressable USART, a synchronous serial port that can be configured as a 3-wire (SPI™) or 2-wire (I²C™) bus interface, 7 10-bit A/D channels, and 2, making it ideal for analog recording. Applications in automotive, industrial, home appliances, etc.
