When working with small parts, sometimes you need magnification and some extra light. This is a magnifier we use regularly in our facility. It has a 10x lens with a working distance of approximately 1.5". It has a 75mm diameter eyepiece and a 22mm diameter eyepiece. The LED provides sufficient light at the working distance.
This magnifying glass makes it possible to distinguish SMD connections, which are quite difficult; the LED is a great help for those close inspections.
