FSF10A40 Fast Recovery Diode 400V @ 10A - (AD61958)

Description:

This Diode features low leakage current, low reverse recovery current, and a 2-pin TO-220 plastic package. This power diode reduces switching losses in associated MOSFETs or IGBTs. The FSF10A40 diode offers low thermal resistance. This power diode operates at a maximum forward voltage of 1.3V, an average forward current of 10A, and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V. The diode operates at a junction temperature of 150°C. Typical applications include active PFC in air conditioning, high-frequency switched-mode power supplies, and continuous conduction mode (CCM) power factor correction (PFC).
