TD62064P 4-Channel High-Current Darlington Sink Driver - (AD61950)

Description:

The TD62064P/AP/F/AF and TD62074P/AP/F/AF are high-voltage, high-current Darlington drivers comprising four NPN Darlington pairs. All units feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads, and all units of the TD62074P/AP/F/AF function in uncommitted collectors and emitters for isolated Darlington applications. Applications include relays, lamps, and stepping motors.
