Isn't this a nice little screen for the Raspberry Pi? It features a 3.5" display with 480x320 16-bit color pixels and a resistive touch layer just like our popular original, but this one is specifically designed to work with the Raspberry Pi 2 and Model A+/B+. The board uses the high-speed SPI interface on the Pi and can use the mini display as a console, X window port, display images or video, etc. Best of all, it sits on top of the Raspberry Pi!

The display uses the hardware with SPI pins (SCK, MOSI, MISO, CE0, CE1), as well as GPIO #25 and #24. GPIO #18 can be used for PWM to dim the backlight if desired. All other GPIOs have not been used. There is a 'classic Pi' 2x16 GPIO connector at the bottom, which can be connected to a 26-pin Pi GPIO cable to use any of the other pins as you wish. The other GPIOs are solder pins at the bottom, in case you want to use more GPIOs.

Best of all, it's fully assembled and ready to plug into your Pi! You can use it as a display for running the X interface or pygame. You can also have a separate HDMI screen connected.
