93C56 Serial Access EEPROM [SOP-8] - (AD56042)

Description:

This is a serial electrically erasable PROM (EEPROM), capable of operating in a range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It has been developed for advanced low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. This IC also has a data page write capability and is capable of both random and sequential reads up to the 2K limit.
