Description:

These 8-bit registers feature 3-state outputs specifically designed to drive highly capacitive or relatively low-impedance loads, the high-impedance 3 states increase the logical level to provide these registers with the ability to be connected directly to a bus and handle the bus lines in a bus-organized system without the need for interface or pull-up components. These devices are particularly attractive for the implementation of buffer registers, I/O ports, bidirectional buses, and working registers.
