M2732A-2F1 EPROM - (AD5000)

Description:

The M2732A is a 32768-bit UV-erasable and electrically programmable EPROM memory. Organized as 4,096 words of 8 bits. The M2732, with its 5V power supply and 200ns access time, is suitable and ideal for applications where fast turnaround and pattern experimentation are among the most important requirements.

The M2732A has a 24-pin ceramic package. The transparent lid allows the user to expose the chip to ultraviolet light to erase the bit pattern. A new pattern can then be written to memory following the programming procedure.
