Description:
This is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit AVR® Microcontroller with an advanced RISC architecture featuring 131 powerful instructions, most executing in a single clock cycle. It has 32 x 8 general-purpose working registers, fully static operation for performance up to 16 MIPS at 16MHz. It also includes an on-chip 2-cycle multiplier with high-endurance non-volatile memory segments, 16K Bytes of in-system self-programmable Flash program memory, 512Bytes EEPROM, 1K Bytes internal SRAM, and write/erase cycles of 10,000 for Flash and 100,000 for EEPROM.
