H11A2 Opto-transistor optocoupler in a 6-pin DIP package with an NPN transistor output.

Input Specifications:

• 6V reverse voltage
• 60mA forward current and peak current less than 10µs of 2.5A with 100mW dissipation.

Output Specifications:

• 70V emitter-collector breakdown voltage
• 7V base-emitter breakdown voltage
• 50mA collector current and 150mW power dissipation.
• Ideal for galvanic isolation and power circuit control applications.
