SparkFun RFID USB Reader [SEN-09963] - (AD4578)

Description:

The SparkFun USB RFID Reader is an easy-to-use USB-to-serial base unit for the ID-3LA, ID-12LA, and ID-20LA readers. Simply connect a reader to the connectors and a miniUSB cable. Open your preferred terminal program at 9600 bps 8N1, scan your 125 kHz ID tag, and the unique 32-bit ID will be displayed on the screen. The unit is based on an FTDI chip and includes a reading LED and buzzer.

This new version uses SMD connectors for the RFID module and features a solder bridge that allows the buzzer to be turned on or off.

Note: This product does not include an RFID reader. See compatible readers below.
