Description:
This is an induction heating board that uses a low-voltage 12 to 48V DC power supply. This module requires a maximum current of 20A and a maximum power of 1000W. This module was tested with a 53V power supply and works perfectly. Due to its moderate power, it can be used for small parts. DIY players perform hardening, annealing, and other heat treatments. It can also be used with a graphite crucible for gold, silver, copper, aluminum, and other metals. This board provides uniform and rapid heating, making it very convenient.
Specs:
- 24V input without 3A charging current.
- 48V input without 6A charging current.
- The higher the voltage, the greater the heating current, and the better the effect.
- Generally, 24V to 36V is sufficient.
- For continuous operation, please add a fan to the board, especially to the resonant capacitors.
- If you use a switching power supply, please note that due to the high power, the startup function is generally slow.
- The volume of the object being heated inside the heating coil cannot exceed 1/5 of the heating cylinder's volume, or it may cause overload and burn out the circuit's power supply.
- Although this circuit can tolerate an input current of 20-30A at the moment, do not exceed 15A, it is a safe way to perform work.
- You can easily add an ammeter between the power supply and the heating controller.
- This circuit can not only do induction heating, the copper tube in the high-frequency transformer, is a powerful inverter
- The cooling capacity is very powerful.
