Conventional GPS antennas are optimized for GPS reception in the US, which is great, but with the increasing number of modules capable of tracking additional constellations (dubbed GNSS receivers), you’ll need the right antenna! This exceptional GPS/GNSS antenna is designed for both GPS and GLONASS reception. When used in conjunction with SparkFun’s GPS Ground Plate, this antenna achieved excellent TTFF and SIV statistics for both constellations. Its magnetic mount allows for easy installation on a metallic base, such as a ground plate or a car roof. The antenna includes a 3m cable and a standard SMA connector.

We recommend this antenna for RTK use when combined with the ground plate. If you require Beidou reception and higher gain, consider the integrated GPS/GNSS antenna.
