Description:

The TDA 2003 provides enhanced performance with the same pinout as the TDA 2002. The additional features of the TDA 2002, a reduced number of external components, ease of assembly, and space and cost-saving, are all preserved. The device provides a high output current capability (up to 3.5 A) and very low harmonic and crossover distortion. Absolutely safe operation is guaranteed due to protection against DC and AC short circuits between all pins and ground, thermal overload, load dump voltage up to 40 V, and fortuitous open ground.
