TMP102 - Digital Temperature Sensor Breakout [Generic] - (AD36085)

Description:

The TMP102 is an easy-to-use digital temperature sensor from Texas Instruments. The TMP102's connection allows you to easily incorporate the sensor into your project. While some sensors use an analog voltage to represent temperature, the TMP102 uses the Arduino's I₂C bus to communicate temperature. It's a very practical sensor that doesn't require much configuration.

The TMP102 can read temperatures with a resolution of 0.0625°C and an accuracy of up to 0.5°C. The interface incorporates 4.7 kΩ pull-up resistors for I₂C communication and operates from 1.4 V to 3.6 V. I₂C communication uses open-drain signaling, so level shifting is not required.
