LM35DZ Temperature Sensor - (AD3549)

Description:

The LM35 series are precision integrated-circuit temperature devices with an output voltage linearly proportional to the Celsius temperature. The LM35 device has an advantage over linear temperature sensors calibrated in Kelvin: it does not require the user to subtract a large constant voltage from the output to obtain its convenient Celsius scale. The LM35 device requires no external calibration or trimming, providing a typical accuracy of ± 1/4°C at room temperature and ± 3/4°C over the -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Lower cost is ensured by wafer-level trimming and calibration. The low output impedance, linear output, and inherently precise calibration of the LM35 device make interfacing to output readout or control circuitry especially easy.
