Description:

The BPW24R is a high-sensitivity planar silicon photodiode in a standard, hermetically sealed TO-18 metal case with a glass lens. Precise chip alignment ensures good alignment of the mechanical and optical axes. The device features low capacitance and high speed even at low supply voltages.
