Description:

This small module is an expansion board for the IFR520 MOSFET transistor. It is designed to switch heavy DC loads from a single digital microcontroller pin. Its primary purpose is to provide a low-cost way to drive a DC motor for robotic applications, but it can also be used to control most high-current DC loads.
