TIP102 NPN Darlington 100V @ 8A Power Transistor - (AD34926)

Description:

The TIP100, TIP101, and TIP102 are epitaxial NPN silicon power transistors in a monolithic Darlington configuration, mounted in a TO-220 plastic package. They are intended for use in power linear and switching applications. The complementary PNP types are TIP105, TIP106, and TIP107 respectively.
