Description:

The TDA8920B is a high-efficiency class D audio power amplifier with very low dissipation. Typical output power is 2 × 100 W. It is available in HSOP24 and through-hole DBS23P packages. The amplifier operates over a wide supply voltage range from ±12.5 V to ±30 V (±32 V in standby) and draws a very low quiescent current.
