RFID Reader Breakout SparkFun [SEN-13030] - (AD33737)

Description:

This is a simple expansion board for our RFID readers. The SparkFun RFID Reader Expansion Board converts 2 mm pins to breadboard-compatible 0.1" headers. This feature allows you to solder the reader directly to the expansion board for the ID-3LA, ID-12LA, and ID-20LA, or use the 2 mm headers.

The edges of this board fit flush with the bottom of the ID-12LA. The board is also compatible with the ID-20LA, but is smaller than the edges. As mentioned above, each pin of the RFID reader is connected, including: VCC, READ, D0, D1, FORM, TIR, CP, both ANT, RES, and GND. We've even added four mounting holes to the board to make your project easier!

Note: If you are concerned about soldering this board directly to the RFID reader, you can use 2mm connectors. This is because RFID is heat sensitive and must be handled carefully, or if you want to change readers as needed... please.
