Description:

The Measurement Specialties Minisense 100 is a low-cost, mass-loaded, cantilever-type vibration sensor that offers high sensitivity at low frequencies. It is useful for detecting vibrations and user "bump" inputs. A small AC current and a high voltage (up to +/-90 V) are generated when the film moves back and forth. A simple resistor should reduce the voltage to ADC levels. It can also be used for shock detection or as a flexible switch.

Includes machine pins that allow horizontal mounting.

It has been used as an excellent musical entrance.
