Description:

This is a board with a NE555 integrated circuit, single output, square wave output with a duty cycle of approximately 50%. Integrated adjustable resistor. The adjustment potentiometer allows the output frequency to be controlled. It has an integrated power indicator. Working voltage is 5 to 12VDC. The board size is 20mm x 50mm.

Please note that at the C1 capacitor position on the board, there is a 2-pin header so you can swap the capacitor according to your needs. The product comes with a 10uF electrolytic capacitor, with this value the frequency ranges from 0.6Hz to 4.65Hz; according to our tests, it works without problems with capacitances up to 0.1uF, here the frequency varies from 65Hz to 500Hz. With a 1nF polyester capacitor, the frequency ranges from 5.9KHz to 40KHz, but it works more stably with polarized capacitors. The smaller the capacitance, the wider the frequency range.
