Description:

The LM150 series of adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulators are capable of supplying in excess of 3A over an output range of 1.2V to 33V. The LM350 is exceptionally easy to use and requires only 2 external resistors to set the output voltage. Furthermore, load regulation is comparable to discrete designs.
