Description:

The TIP145, TIP146, and TIP147 are epitaxial-based PNP power silicon transistors in a monolithic Darlington configuration, mounted in a TO-220 plastic package, intended for use in linear and power switching applications. The complementary NPN types are TIP140, TIP141, and TIP142, respectively.
