Blue Display 16x2 w/ Serial Interface - (AD30797)

Description:

This is a basic 16-character by 2-line display with a (blue or green) backlight. It uses the extremely common HD44780 parallel interface chip (datasheet). Interface code is freely available.

This display has an IIC/I²C serial interface adapter module FC-113 soldered to its pins. These serial interface modules simplify connecting an Arduino to a 1602 liquid crystal display using only 4 wires. This module uses the PCF8574T IC chip.
