These DC heating pads are perfect for body warming applications. They get warm to the touch, but not too hot. Simply apply 5VDC to the leads and within minutes the pad will begin to heat up.

These heating pads are made from a polyester filament mesh and micrometal conductive fiber folded into a protective polyimide film. Their low power draw, flexibility, and meager power make them ideal for hand warmers and other heated garments. How about hooking up a microcontroller and some sensors to create your own temperature-controlled hoodie?
