MAX663 Programmable Voltage Regulator - (AD2633)

Description:

The MAX 663 is a CMOS voltage regulator that has a maximum standby current of 12uA. The output can be adjusted to 5V without additional components, or it can be adjusted from 1.3V to 16V using two external resistors. The adjustment operation is automatically selected by means of the Vset input. The MAX663 series, ideally suited to be powered by battery systems, has an input voltage range of 2V to 16.5V, an output capacity of 40mA, and can operate with low Input-Output differentials.
