ULN2004 Seven Darlington Array NPN 50V @ 500mA - (AD2599)

Description:

The ULN2004 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array containing seven pairs of common-emitter open-collector Darlington transistors. Each channel supplies 500 mA and can withstand peak currents of 600 mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive loads.

Characteristics:
