Description:

4N33 optocouplers are optically coupled isolators with a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon photodarlington sensor. They allow switching while maintaining a high degree of isolation between control and load circuits. These optocouplers can be used to replace reed and mercury relays, offering advantages such as long lifespan, high switching speed, and elimination of magnetic fields.
