Description:

The JEDEC registered 1N5333-5388B series of 5.0 Watt Zener diodes with axial leads provides voltage regulation in a range of 3.3 to 200 volts with different tolerances, identified by specific suffix to the part number. These plastic-encapsulated Zener diodes have a moisture sensitivity level of 1 with no dry pack required, and are also available in a variety of equivalent military-level screening options by adding a prefix, as described in the Features section. They can operate with high maximum DC currents with proper heat sinking due to their comparatively low thermal resistance design.
