CD4070BE Quad 2-Input EXCLUSIVE-OR Gate - (AD21369)

Description:

The CD4070BC employs complementary MOS (CMOS) transistors to achieve a wide power supply operating range, low power consumption, and high noise margin. The CD4070BC provides basic functions for implementing digital integrated circuit systems. The N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors provide a symmetrical circuit with an output swing essentially equal to the supply voltage. No direct current (DC) other than that caused by leakage current is drawn under static conditions. All inputs are protected against static discharge damage by diode clamps to VDD and VSS.
