74LS30 8-Input NAND Gate - (AD21352)

Description:

The 'LS30 and 'HCT30 each contain a single 8-input NAND gate in a single package. They provide the designer's system with a direct implementation of the 8-input NAND positive logic function. The logic gates use gate silicon technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL gates with the low power consumption of standard integrated circuits. All devices have the ability to drive up to 10 LSTTL loads. The HCT logic family is functionally compatible with the standard pin of the LS logic family.
