SG-5010 Standard Servo - TowerPro - (AD18293)

Description:

This high-torque standard servo can rotate approximately 180 degrees (90° in each direction). You can use any code, hardware, or library to control it. Ideal for beginners who want to move objects without having to build a motor controller with feedback and a gearbox. Includes 3 horns, as shown. They are not the best quality (which is why they are more economical), so they are not recommended for hobby aircraft. We currently offer the Tower-Pro SG-5010.

To control it with an Arduino, we suggest connecting the orange control wire to pin 9 or 10 and using the Servo library included in the Arduino IDE (see an example sketch here). The "0" position (1.5 ms pulse) is the center, "90" (~2 ms pulse) is all the way to the right, and "-90" (~1 ms pulse) is all the way to the left.
