Description:

Non-volatile 1kΩ digital potentiometer with low-power CMOS technology, ideal for applications requiring programmable resistance adjustment. It features 100 resolution steps and 99 temperature-compensated resistive elements, retaining its value even after power disconnections thanks to its integrated EEPROM memory. Compatible with X9102/103/104/503, it operates at 5V with a standby consumption of 500µA maximum. Control via a 3-wire TTL Up/Down interface. DIP8 package for easy integration into analog control and remote calibration circuits.
