2N6028 Unipolar Union Programmable Transistor - PUT - (AD1404)

Description:

Designed to program monojunction characteristics such as RBB, η, IV, and IP by simply selecting two resistor values. It can be used for thyristor triggering, oscillators, timing circuits, etc. These devices can also be used in special thyristor applications such as anode gate enabling.
