2N6028 Unipolar Union Programmable Transistor - PUT - (AD1404)

Description:

Designed to program unijunction characteristics such as RBB, η, IV, and IP simply by selecting two resistor values. It can be used for triggering thyristors, oscillators, timing circuits, etc. These devices can also be used in special thyristor applications, such as anode gate enablement.
