74LS155 Dual 1 - 4 Decoder Demultiplexer - (AD12764)

Description:

The 74LS155 are high-speed Dual 1-to-4 Decoders/Demultiplexers. These devices have two decoders with common 2-bit address inputs and separate gated enable inputs. Decoder "a" has one enable gate with an active-high input and another active-low input. Decoder "b" has two active-LOW enable inputs. If the Enable functions are activated, one output of each decoder will be low and selected by the address inputs. The LS155 and LS156 are manufactured using the Schottky barrier diode for high-speed processing and are fully compatible with all Motorola TTL families.
