Description:

Get the heatsink to fit snugly and strongly with thermal tape. Specifically designed for attaching integrated circuit heatsinks. It works better and is less messy than thermal glues or pastes because the thickness is uniform throughout the entire area. A perfect complement to our range of small heatsinks, whether in aluminum or copper.

This tape can last for a minimum of 5 years. When using double-sided thermal conductive tape, keep the adhesive surface clean and dry. After tearing off the double-sided heat-conductive tape to peel off the paper, the double-sided thermal tape is pressed evenly with fingers (just a little force). The viscosity of the double-sided heat-conductive adhesive tape has an initial tack and a persistent tack, and at room temperature, it takes 72 hours to achieve maximum adhesive strength. That is, at the beginning of the sticky adhesive, it has an initial tack of 40% of its maximum viscosity; persistent stickiness is stable over time. In the paste process, appropriate heating (60 ~ 70℃) will greatly contribute to the effective increase in the adhesive area, and as soon as possible to achieve maximum adhesion. In the lower temperature of winter, these are small tips to heat to increase the viscosity of the double-sided thermal conductive tape when using the thermal conductive tape.

Note: It comes in a strip 0.5 meters long, with a width of 30mm, and a thickness of 0.2mm, but you can cut it into any shape or size.
